Leroy Seaford was granted $80,000 bail on Monday after he denied the charge of breaking and entering with intent.
Seaford pleaded not guilty when the charge was read to him by Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
Seaford denied that on January 28, at China Lane, Kwakwani, he broke and entered the house of Saskia Conway with intent to steal.
Prosecutor Michael Grant had no objections to bail and the unrepresented Seaford was granted bail. He is to make his next court appearance at the Kwakwani Magistrate’s Court on February 20.
