Dear Editor,
I have immense problems with my landline and internet service, both of which I have paid for. Even though several reports were made to GT&T’s call centre, and several promises given “to transfer the information to the relevant department,” nothing has changed.
I live in Essequibo and since last week I have not been able to send or receive landline phone calls. The wifi DSL connection is also unreliable at the moment, since I am not seeing all of the functioning lights on my modem.
I am hoping this letter would attract some attention and I would be able to access my internet and telephone services as soon as possible. I have been inconvenienced a lot, since this is the second time in less than six months this has occurred.
