The Tina Insanally Foundation has donated a foetal monitor to Port Mourant Hospital Complex.The donation was a collaborative effort between Dr Tulsi Dyal Singh, a Texas-based Guyanese philanthropist and the Tina Insanally Foundation (TIF). A press release said the essential piece of medical equipment will assist the hospital in its ongoing process of rebuilding, retooling and its quest to reduce the threat of infant mortality.
