Dear Editor,
What an inspired choice in Elisabeth Harper for Prime Minister. I first met her when she was a very competent – and necessary – number two in the London High Commis-sion.
Since then she has brought her administrative and political skills to the fore in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, steering a clear path for some very inexperienced ministers. She is also good fun.
