The Stag Beer sponsored Brooklyn X2 promotions inter-ward knockout football tourney will officially commence on Friday at the Mackenzie Sports Club (MSC) ground in Linden with a doubleheader.
In the opening fixture at 19:00hrs, Block 22 will lock horns with Canvas City while the feature contest of the night will pit Silver City Valley against Train-Line at 21:00hrs.
The action will then continue on Sunday at the same venue with another doubleheader. In the opening affair, Blueberry Hill will match skills with Wisroc from 19:00hrs while Kara-Kara and Christianburg will do battle from 21:00hrs in the feature showdown.
The event, which will conclude on April 19 at the same location, will feature 10 teams competing for over $1,000,000 in cash and prizes. Event victors will walk away with $400,000 and the championship trophy while the second place side will receive $200,000 and the respective trophy.
The third positioned side will receive $125,000 and the corresponding trophy while the fourth place finisher will receive $75,000.
