Dear Editor,
A delinquent and cheap internet service on the East Coast Demerara has been noticeable for some time now and we are beginning to think that it is a deliberate exercise to frustrate us. We pay our fees every month faithfully, and receive a poor quality service. We are also almost sure that this slow internet service provided by GT&T, is unique to Guyana, as my friends in other parts of the world enjoy top speed quality from their internet provider.
GT&T in Guyana is a multi-billion dollar company which can afford the technical skills to provide a better quality service here.
Would the Public Relations Officer of GT&T like to provide an explanation?
