President Donald Ramotar paid a visit to the ExxonMobil drillship, the Deepwater Champion today, GINA said. The Deepwater Champion is drilling for oil under licence from the Government of Guyana in the Stabroek block, some 120 miles offshore Guyana within Guyana’s Exclusive Economic Zone.
