According to the release, the objective of the fair is to sensitise patrons about the ills of gender based violence and discrimination through the dissemination of information using pamphlets, presentations and music. Patrons would also be treated to free eye, blood sugar and hypertension testing, dental screening and consultation with doctors. Patrons would also be able to interact with the international and local artistes.
The concert starts at 18:00 hrs on the playfield of the base and tickets are required for entry, which cost $2,500 and $10,000 for the VIP section. Tickets are available at all leading sports outlets and supermarkets countrywide, at the GDF Finance Department and from members of the 50th Anniversary Committee.
