Police are yet to arrest anyone in connection with the murder of Quincy Bowman, who was found dead on a bridge near the old Busta Factory in Festival City, North Ruimveldt on April 6. Crime Chief Leslie James said yesterday that no arrest has been made but police investigations are ongoing.
Bowman, 31, of Cummings Lodge, was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head by a passerby early that morning. Residents in the area said they heard a man yell before a single gunshot rang out.
An autopsy report revealed that he died of shock and haemorrhaging of the brain due to a gunshot wound.
Bowman’s brother Andrew remains baffled as to what his brother was doing in that area around 5 am and why he was gunned down and nothing was stolen from his person.
