A man who was reportedly found hanging from his Foulis, Enmore, East Coast Demerara (ECD) home was pronounced dead on arrival yesterday at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH).
Dead is thirty eight year-old Denish Badrinta of Lot 410 Tenth Street, Foulis, Enmore, ECD.
According to a source, the man was consuming alcohol up to Sunday night. However, he woke up yesterday morning and visited various polling stations but after not finding his name listed he returned home. Moments later, Badrinta told his mother he was going to rest and left to do so. A short while later when his mother went to check on him she saw him hanging from a sheet in his bedroom. He was rushed to the GPH, but died before he arrived there.
Attempts to speak to the dead man’s family prove futile.
