Minister of State, Joseph Harmon and Minister of Business, Dominic Gaskin are now scheduled to address the Guyana-China Business Council (GCBC) at its first meeting for 2015 on Thursday at the Arthur Chung Convention Centre, Liliendaal, GINA said today.
The GCBC had originally said that President David Granger was to address the session.
