The Ministry of the Presidency will continue the practice of holding weekly post-Cabinet press briefings, Director of Communications in the Ministry of the Presidency, Mark Archer said yesterday.
Archer said that the briefings would be hosted by Minister of State Joe Harmon.
He added that the briefings should have commenced this week but due to the flooding of the ministry this may not be possible. He explained that there was over two feet of water in the ministry and up to yesterday water was still being bailed out from the building.
He also said that while space is a problem, since the room in which the briefings would be held was also flooded, Minister Harmon may still call his first briefing.
