Dear Editor,
Here are the words the recently appointed Health Minister was reported as saying when commenting on the Ophthalmology Centre restarting operations.
The Minister said that he was very surprised that medical professionals would refuse to work because of something as trivial as a non-working light bulb.
Was the Minister’s comment representative of a Freudian slip or just plain, foot-in-mouth disease?
Yours faithfully,
George Daniels
