Police are looking to revoke the firearm licence granted to Andre Gomez who had a murder charge against him withdrawn after police failed to gather evidence from eye witnesses, sources say.
It has been confirmed that the police still have the weapon in their possession. It was seized shortly after the May 10 shooting on Main Street occurred. The shooting resulted in the death of Nigel Isaacs, Gomez’s friend.
