Dear Editor,
Once again, for the third successive year my telephone (330-2359) is not working. And once again, after about five weeks and many reports to GT&T, it is still down.
The technician came once, replaced the jack and left without checking the telephone line. My family has spent thousands of dollars using cell phones to make calls.
This is unfair to me as a paying customer of GT&T. I urgently need the use of my telephone. I hope that this situation will be corrected soon.
