The Guyana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (GSPCA) has teamed with veterinarians from Panama and Trinidad and Tobago to offer free neutering and spaying for dogs and cats between July 26th and August 1st.
According to a GSPCA press release, the initiative has been made possible through the auspices of the Humane Society International (HSI) and all interested persons can call the GSPCA at telephone number 226-4237 or visit its office at Robb Street and Orange Walk.
