Guyana female junior squash team got off to the perfect start crushing Trinidad and Tobago by a 4-1 margin when the 33rd Junior Caribbean Area Squash Association (CASA) championship continued in Barbados yesterday.
In the u-13 matchup, Guyana defeated the twin island republic by a 3-1 margin. They would also defeat Trinidad and Tobago in the u-15 section by an identical score line Trinidad would then claim the u-17 matchup by a 3-1.
However Guyana clinch the matchup as they won the u-19 fixture 3-0. They would then clinch the score line in the final u-19 affair as they defeated Trinidad and Tobago by a 3-0 score. Action in the event is set to continue today at the same venue.
