Ron Forde called ‘Andel’ and Kanand Ojha are wanted by the police for questioning in relation to investigations into the murder of Noel Luther, a sex worker, which occurred on July 22, 2015, at Carmichael and Quamina Streets, Georgetown, police said this afternoon.
Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Ron Forde, 43, called ‘Andel’ and/or Kanand Ojha, 34, is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 225-6411, 225-8196, 226-7065, 227-1149, 911 or the nearest police station.
All information will be treated with strict confidence. Forde’s last known addresses are Lot 19 Meadow Bank, EBD and Lot 31 Rahaman’s Park, EBD. Ojha’s last known address is Lot 2 First Street, Meadow Bank, EBD.
