Come see some of Guyana?s premier weight warriors battle for supremacy tomorrow when the Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPF) stages its Masters and Intermediate Championships at the National Gymnasium.
The championship is scheduled for a 10:00hrs start and according to the federation’s PRO, Denroy Livan, 18 lifters have so far registered to compete for trophies and bragging rights.
Livan further noted that the weigh in starts three hours prior to the competition and concludes at 09:00hrs.
Tomorrow’s competition is sponsored in full with the kind compliments of the owner of Fitness Express Mr. Jamie Mc Donald.
Meanwhile, the GAPF has plans on stream to host the inaugural Samuel Barker Classic (unequipped) Invitation Championship at the Mackenzie High School in Linden on August 30.
