A mother and daughter are in police custody after police found a quantity of cocaine in a house at D’Urban Street yesterday.
Stabroek News understands that ranks from the Anti-Narcotics Branch located at police headquarters, Eve Leary acting on information went to the location around 2 pm. Following a search 296 grammes of cocaine was found in a plastic bag in the house.
Police investigations are ongoing.
