Dear Editor,
I applied for my NIS pension one year ago. I was given a grant and told to file an appeal which I did (documents enclosed). I have 1,056 contributions. I want to know why the process is taking so long.
Does NIS have a system in place to look after contributors’ benefits? If there is, it is not working. I am very frustrated.
