Close to two weeks after Stephen Abrams was hit by a speeding driver along the Plaisance Railway Embankment, he remains hospitalised at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH) while the driver is still at large.
Abrams, 41, a barber of Sparendaam, East Coast Demerara, is nursing a fractured shoulder and a fractured ankle along with lacerations about his body and head.
