Shell has launched a Drivers’ Club Card which will allow card holders to earn cash rewards on their accounts which can eventually be redeemed for free fuel.
According to a press release from Shell Company, professional drivers such as drivers of minibuses and taxis can sign-up free of charge and with every purchase of a gallon of Shell V-Power or Shell Diesel, “cash rewards” will be earned on their programme personal accounts which can be redeemed for free fuel when required.
Shell’s General Manager, Orlando Boxill said the programme is intended “to make life easier for customers by giving even more rewards to professional drivers already benefitting from Shell V- Power’s Formula for Excitement.”
Applications can be had from the participating Shell stations, Boxill said, and the more fuel club members purchased, the greater the account credit would be to redeem more fuel.
The Shell Professional Driver’s Club Card holders can have their balances at any time by requesting the same from the pump attendants and Card holders will also receive a statement on every fuel purchase receipt, the release said.
