The Ministry of Education has announced that the St. Roses High School and St. Agnes Primary will not be reopened until September 14th for the new school year.
The late opening of the two schools is to facilitate the completion of rehabilitation works currently ongoing, the ministry said yesterday in an advisory to parents and guardians of students enrolled in both schools.
Additionally, the ministry said the reopening of the Roxanne Burnham Nursery School would be delayed until September 2nd.
Despite the late reopening of the schools, teachers are advised to report to their respective schools on Monday, the ministry added.
