A jury was yesterday empanelled to hear the trial of Kevin Gordon who has been charged with committing the act of buggery on a child.
The indictment against Gordon is that he committed the act on the child on November 2, 2007.
The accused has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The matter is being heard in-camera before Justice Dawn Gregory. The state’s case is presented by prosecutors Stacy Goodings and Orinthia Schmidt
