It is said that actions speak louder than words and Deaf Theatre Guyana will provide proof of this come September 27 when it stages its annual production.
Named ‘Louder Than Words’, this year’s production by Deaf Theatre Guyana will see the Diamond Drummers from Diamond, East Bank Demerara taking to the stage along with the East Side Dance and Drama Group from New Amsterdam, Berbice. Also in the line up to provide entertainment are the Ice Breakers and the Signals from Georgetown, along with Shania from Corriverton and Shaunique from Linden. In addition, from Region Seven comes a Patamona Tale.
The show starts at 5 pm and tickets cost $1,000. They are available at the National Cultural Centre and from members of Deaf Association of Guyana.
