Dear Editor,
After months of waiting for the Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission to activate the functions of its sub-offices, the wait continues. Hundreds of persons are waiting to conduct business with this entity through its sub-offices, which are not transacting any business. How long would this wait continue? The commission and staff all seem to be unaware of what is taking place. No answers are forthcoming. How can one invest and help to develop a country when the support base is nonfunctional? Maybe the media could get some answers and make same available through the various newspapers.
Yours faithfully,
Jagnarine Somwar
