Dear Editor,
I disagree with the opposition PPP/C not being willing to hold unity government talks with the David Granger administration. While I accept that debates should take place in Parliament I believe that the PPP/C should hold talks with the APNU+AFC government. This is because you need to go to the negotiation table (without any preconditions) before you walk away. The PPP/C strategy seems to be to walk away before holding any engagement with the David Granger administration.
Building trust requires some form of formal and informal engagement.
Yours faithfully,
Sean Ori
