The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has asked the police to do some additional work with regard to the $600 million investigation involving former public service minister Jennifer Westford and Margaret Cummings, Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum has confirmed.
“We have to clear up some points and return the files to the DPP,” Blanhum told Stabroek News when contacted. He also confirmed that the files which number about 25 were returned to the police on Tuesday.
