Dear Editor,
I have been without telephone service (220-4153) since September 3, 2015. I had made a report on September 2, 2015, and after calling for 3 weeks plus, no one ever turned up to check my complaint in regard to my telephone not having a dial tone.
It is over 3 weeks since I have been able to use my telephone, when I am paying a rental for the service. I am angry, fed up and frustrated with GTT taking so long; whatsoever work needs to be done should be done, so that one can have the use of one’s telephone.
