Dear Editor,
I wish to commend our government on its tribute to Stephen Camacho, who died recently. One small correction: Stephen was in fact ill for many years but not being a complainer, few people knew.
I would like to make one observation: I do not consider it a fluke that Stephen’s tenure as Executive Secretary of the West Indies Cricket Board of Control coincided almost exactly with West Indian domination of world cricket. My sympathy and prayers are with Alison, Tania and the Camacho family.
