Albion Community Centre Sunday scored a 150-run win over Rose Hall Town at the Port Mourant Community Centre ground in the final preliminary round match of the 2015 Tenelec limited overs first division competition.
Chasing 207 from 50 overs Rose Hall Town were dismissed for 56 from 15.5 overs as 17-year-old Josiah Dhanai captured 4 for 35 including a hat-trick while off-spinner Balchand Baldeo bagged 3 for 16.
Former West Indies U19 left-arm spinner Gudakesh Motie picked up 3-5.
Rajiv Ivan was the only Rose Hall Town player to reach double figures.
He scored 14.
Earlier, Albion recovered from 44 for 3 after 10 overs to post 206 all out off 49.1 of their allotted 50 overs after winning the toss and taking first strike.
Nineteen year-old right-hander David Latchaya spearheaded Albion’s recovery with a classy 63, a knock decorated with five fours.
Latchaya shared in a fourth wicket stand of 49 in nine overs with Guyana
Jags wicket-keeper/ batsman Anthony Bramble before the latter was run out for 23 with the score on 93 in the 19th over.
He the added 50 runs for the seventh wicket with Motie, which carried the score to 163 in the 36th over.
Motie contributed 29 while Daniel Lewis (16) and Ritesh Omroe (13) helped guide Albion to their eventual total. Pacemen Kellon Sinclair and leg-spinner Shawn Pereira picked up three wickets each for 41 and 42 runs respectively while off-spinners Troy Matheson supported with 2 for 41 and 1 for 26 apiece for Rose Hall.

Town the runners-up.
Albion will now meet New Amsterdam/Canje zone runners-up Bermine at home in the playoffs while Rose Hall Town will travel to meet Police and Young Warriors will play West Berbice in the other playoff matches.
