We at Teleperformance Guyana would like to thank Stabroek News for carrying the news story about Teleperformance’s Operational Start in Guyana, in the Wednesday October 14th edition of the Stabroek News on pages 10 and 20. Lamentably, there were some terminological inexactitudes and numerical inaccuracies as it relates to the investment which Teleperformance has made thus far in Guyana. We kindly and respectfully beseech you to address this errors with urgent immediacy. Please note that the corrections are as follows.
- CCMS – stands for Call Center Management System not Customer Care Management System
- We have invested well over US$10 million not $2 million (as stated in the second paragraph of the article). $2 million was just on the PC’s.
