A Touch Rugby tournament will be held today by the Guyana Police Force Rugby Football Club at the Eve Leary ground from 16:00hrs.
According to a press release, the tournament caters for males over thirty five (35) years and will see competition between males from the Trinidad Enthusiast over thirty five (35) Rugby Club and over thirty five males from Rugby clubs in Georgetown.
The release further listed the names of the players shortlisted to represent Guyana. They are Bertram Taylor, Ovid Austin, Leslie Licorish, Stuart May, Terrence McAlmont, Olsen Olivere, Alair George, Lawrence Smith, John Lewis, Dwayne Thomas, Aluko Venture, Ton Vugman, Raul Warren, Leonardo Wharton, Kenneth Grant-Stuart, Wayne Hutson, Larry Adonis, Wayne Lawson, Terrence Grant, Colin Sultan, Troy Yhip, Vernon Duncan, George David, Rawl Cole, Elwin Chase, Michael Carrega, Peter Campayne, Henry `Rough Jack’ Wilkie, Gregory Willis, Barrington Browne and Charles Garraway.
