An altercation between two men at the Meadow Bank Wharf ended with one of them being shot to his right foot yesterday.
The police said in a statement that around 7.20 am, Zhifa Lu, 53, was involved in an altercation with a man at the wharf when he was shot. He has since been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH).
