Dear Editor,
Minister Simona Broomes should be commended for confronting errant employers who many consider are treating their workers unjustly. Her courage and attitude of being a servant of the poor working class should be emulated by government officials and employers alike, and employers should not feel they can gave their own interpretation to our labour laws. In a similar way we would expect Minister Broomes to confront state employers and give justice to workers who might be aggrieved in whatever area.
Even if there is a single citizen with a grouse about his/her current or former employer, whether it’s over 4 years ago or more, justice must prevail.
