A man is injured after he was shot in what seemed to be an attempted execution in front of his home on Friday morning.
Stabroek News was made to understand that around 10:30 hrs on Friday, Stanley Abrams of Freeman Street, East La Penitence was walking on the road when he was confronted by two men. One of the two men who was armed fired several shots at Abrams. He was hit to his left foot and the men subsequently escaped.
Abrams was rushed to the hospital where he was treated and subsequently discharged.
