Antigua is abolishing personal income tax (PIT) from April.
A release from the Office of the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda yesterday noted that the PIT was introduced by the now Opposition United Progressive Party upon coming into office in 2004 and placed a tax of 8% on persons earning an income above $3500 and 15% on persons earning an income above $25, 000.
