Following the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Molly Hassan on January 12, state broadcaster National Communications Network (NCN) has advertised the position and two other senior posts,
In an advertisement in today’s Sunday Chronicle, NCN said it wished to fill the three vacancies urgently. It said that the CEO within the policies and procedures approved by the board and with accountability to the chairman of NCN would assume responsibility for the “effective, efficient and profitable operations of NCN”.
NCN has also advertised for a Programme Manager and a Human Resources Manager.
The advertisement said that all applicants must possess at least a first degree and “about 10 years substantial, progressively responsible experience as well as competencies relevant to the particular position for which they are applying.”
NCN, the advertisement said, offers attractive and competitive salaries and benefits. Applications have to be addressed to Bishwa Panday, Chairman, NCN. The deadline for the receipt of applications is 20th February, 2016.
