Glenfield Dennison, the Belizean law student who was shot twice two Thursdays ago, has improved but remains hospitalised at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
Dennison, who was a patient in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has been transferred to the High Dependency Unit (HDU) and is said to be in a stable condition.
Police had arrested three persons including the law student’s ex-girlfriend but they were released. Yesterday, Commander of ‘C’ Division Marlon Chapman told Stabroek News that investigators are still conducting investigations into the matter.
The attack occurred at around 9 pm outside Dennison’s Cummings Lodge, East Coast Demerara residence. He had just dropped off his girlfriend, who is also a student of the University of Guyana, when the attack occurred.
