The unidentified body of a man was found at the Whim Foreshore, Corentyne yesterday morning. Police are now seeking the public’s help to identify the body.
Police, in a statement, said that the deceased is of East Indian ancestry and is about 5’ 6” in height, brown complexion and appears to be in his mid-forties. It is unclear how long the body might have been lying at the foreshore and who found the body and informed the police.
The body is at the Port Mourant Hospital Mortuary awaiting a post-mortem examination.
