Group matches of the fourth annual Milo Schools U20 football tournament will continue today at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue with four fixtures.
In the opening fixture at 11:00hrs, Christ Church Secondary will Richard Ishmael while Bishops’ High will tackle School of the Nations from 12:30hrs.
At 14:00hrs, Central High will tackle South Ruimveldt while Carmel Secondary will oppose Sir Leon Lessons from 15:30hrs.
Tomorrow at the same venue, St. John’s College will lock horns with Tutorial Secondary from 11:00hrs while Freeburg Secondary will faceoff with St. Rose’s High from 12:30hrs.
In the third fixture at 14:00hrs, Charlestown Secondary will match skills with Mae’s Secondary while Queenstown Secondary will oppose former winner St. George’s Secondary from 15:30hrs in the day’s final fixture.
Winner of the event will walk away with the championship trophy and $500,000 towards a school project.
The second, third and fourth place finishers will receive $300,000, $200,000 and $100,000 correspondingly towards the funding of a school initiative and the respective trophy.
