Dear Editor,
On Saturday morning I was walking on Brickdam road outside the St Andrews
Church when I saw a homeless man sitting on an object. My gut feeling was to give him some money. As I approached him I saw him defecating. I quickly exited.
A few minutes later outside the GPOC building there was another one but he was smoking with a stick in his hand.
The homeless issue is not an easy task. It has a human face with existing laws that prohibit a resolution.
Yours faithfully,
