Dear Editor,
I recall two run-outs in Test cricket in recent years, one in New Zealand involving the home team, and another in England also involving the home team, both within the last, say, four years. Neither attracted the interest of professors, philosophers or even custodians of the game, although they both involved more egregiously unsportsmanlike conduct than that of Keemo Paul, the young West Indian.
Yours faithfully,
Romain Pitt
