Repairs to the damaged Diamond Housing Scheme Well Station have commenced and are expected to last up to three weeks, Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) confirmed yesterday.
Due to the rupture of the well casing, the pump station had starting spurting clay and residents in the Diamond and Kaneville communities have been unable to access water as a result.
