Lloyd Fraser, 18, of Lot 20 Timehri Base, Linden-Soesdyke Highway, is accused of breaking and entering the shop of Euline Michael and stealing a quantity of confectionaries, valued $11,000, and a generator, valued $28,000 and which was the property of Pearl Garraway. He is also charged with stealing a Yamaha generator, valued $75,000, which was the property of Vincent Walton.

He allegedly committed the offences between February 22 and February 24 at Kairuni, Linden-Soesdyke Highway.

Fraser pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The prosecution had no objection to bail but noted that a few of the snacks allegedly stolen from Michael’s shop were found. Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan placed the defendant on $70,000 bail and adjourned the case to March 8, when it will be called at the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
