Green backed Trogon

The Green-backed Trogon inhabits dry and humid forests and can often be found near forest edges where it eats fruit and sometimes insects. It can be distinguished from other similar trogons by observing its almost all-white tail, a light blue eye ring, and green back that may appear black in low light.
