Dear Editor,
In response to the letter from a “Concerned Citizen” published in the Kaieteur News of March 6, the National Commemorative Commission (NCC) wishes to advise the general public that neither it nor any person or persons from the organizing team of Guyana’s 50th Independence Anniversary celebrations, has awarded (or has any intention of awarding) a contract to Johnny Q Sound Company.
Therefore, all assertions made in said letter are wholly inaccurate.
