President David Granger, today, met with members of the Guyana Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists, who indicated their willingness to collaborate with the Government in various areas, a release from the Ministry of the Presidency said.Some of the projects they have lined up include: implementation of a prisoner rehabilitation initiative and the completion of a home for the elderly at D’urban Backlands, which currently houses 12 residents.The delegation from the church comprised President of the Seventh-Day Adventists of Guyana, Richard James along with Exton Clarke, Michael Kendal, Genevieve Whyte-Nedd, Pamela Mentore, Malcolm LaFleur, John Joseph and Marvin Smith.
