The lotto phenomenon is a countrywide attraction. One would expect that if any of its machines is not functioning, efforts would be made to remedy this situation in the shortest possible time.
When this does not happen then customers (if we can call lotto players as such) become very much inconvenienced and even the lotto company loses money.
I make special reference to the lotto outlet at the G3 Building in Diamond. The machine there has been out of order for quite some time and no notice is placed outside to alert ticket buyers.
It is hoped that the lotto company pays heed to this concern.
